Finally, but not finally

Well I had to take Ada to the urgent care this morning. So maybe this month isn't off to as great a start as I thought. LoL. She is ok but since yesterday has been refusing to eat. Well since she is already very underweight and all her other issues this scared the CRAP out of me so I took her in. She also has a cold right now which is not helping. And all her other things are still going on. Bad diapers, throwing up, rash. So I told the doctor I needed to figure something out cause this has been going on for to long and with me moving it would take forever to get her to someone there etc etc. Well we were able to pull a few strings and she has an appointment with a GI specialist in Murray next Monday. The lady was nice enough to put me in the books even though she wasn't supposed to. This is all well and good but what about the fact that she is not eating. The doctor told me that if she continues to refuse to eat or even eats very little then I need to take her to the Primary's ER and get her seen. If I take her there they will have no option but to have someone look at her and hopefully solve this mystery. The gluten diet and the milk free diet are just not making it better. I don't know what to do and I am about ready to pull my hair out. She is such a sweet girl and I hate to see her so sick.

Good luck, I'll be interested in hearing how it goes. Unfortunately, once you're visited the doctor, you still might not get any answers, at least for a little while, until after all of the tests she orders are complete. Come over and break up the monotony of caring for a sick little one. We'd love to have you!

Oh, that is so sad. I would just take her to the ER.. it's free for you any way isn't it? If I remember correctly there isn't out of pocket expenses for medical while Scott is deployed, right? Because if she is in that bad of shape it might be good for her to get an IV. Anyway, I'm so sorry that she is having such a hard time. It's so sad to see your kids sick.. poor Ada. I sure hope she gets better.
